Давать штраф по покачнувшейся голове нельзя. Тут мог быть и удар об покрышку, и пилот справа, и удар Шутки, и ошибка Юры.
Причем удар Шутки менее вероятен, обычно при таких подталкиваниях даже самые нарушающие пилоты не идут на обгон. Не верю, что он ударил и пошел на обгон...
